Netapp Technologies Ltd is an IT services company at No 8 Adeojo Street, Wemabob Estate, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.

When you send the assessment or contact form, we collect:

• your name and the name of your organisation
• your work email address and, if you give it, your phone number
• the service you are interested in and anything you write in your message

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange an assessment and, if you become a client, to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email service provider acting on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to us using it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
